FOXO4-DRI (FOXO4 D-Retro-Inverso) – High-Purity Senolytic Research Peptide
FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic 46-amino-acid D-retro-inverso peptide designed to selectively target senescent cells. It works by disrupting the interaction between the transcription factor FOXO4 and the tumor suppressor protein p53, thereby triggering apoptosis specifically in senescent (“zombie”) cells while sparing healthy cells.
