What Is Hexarelin
Hexarelin Indications: Hexarelin (HEX) is a peptide GH secretagogue, structurally similar to GHRP-6, in the grow factor family which stimulates the release of grow hormone (GH). It can be used medically to treat GH deficiency. Hexarelin is a good all purpose anabolic. Also, since we know that and GH use produces a shutdown of your endogenous levels of those hormones, Hexarelin also seems very useful for "GH-PCT" or "-PCT", as it can help restore your natural levels of those hormones after a cycle of them.
Ghrelin is an appetite-regulating factor secreted from peripheral organs that is involved in regulation of energy homoeostasis via binding to the receptor resulting in the secretion of by the pituitary gland. The pathway activated by binding of ghrelin to the secretagogue receptor, GHSR1a, regulates the activation of the downstream mitogen-activated protein kinase, Akt, nitric oxide synthase, and AMPK cascades in different cellular systems. Application Of Hexarelin
Hexarelin is considered to be the strongest peptide stimulating GH secretion. With its use, the increase in cortisol and prolactin levels is also high enough. GHRP-2 is less strong than Hexarelin, but the increase in cortisol and prolactin levels is less too. GHRP-6 is less strong than GHRP-2, but when used in dosage up to 100mcg, it has no influence on the levels of cortisol and prolactin, and in dosage more than 100mcg, the increase in cortisol and prolactin levels is modest
Hexarelin is a peptide structurally similar to GHRP-6, which stimulates secretion of endogenous GH. Hexarelin has the majority of synthetic GH effects, but these effects are less evident with Hexarelin than with GH. The main effects of Hexarelin include increase of strength, growth of new muscle fibers, improving of vessels state, reduction of fat mass. The main difference of Hexarelin from GHRP-6 is that Hexarelin does not promote appetite, because it does not increase the level of ghrelin in the body.
How Does It Work?
When Hexarelin is given as a subcutaneous injection, it activates the pituitary via a pulse, just like GHRP-6, and helps circulate growth hormone in the body. Unlike GHRP-6, it does not induce any hunger side effects. Hexarelin has the ability to not only raise the level of GH in the body but to also suppress somatostatin, which is the main culprit that inhibits GH from being released. This means that there will be more GH in abundance. In addition, hexarelin is the strongest GHRP available, so users should notice that desensitization can come much quicker than other GHRP’s. This makes it less ideal for long term use, but with hexarelin’s ability to raise healthy levels of IGF-1 and GH it can work perfect as a PCT tool for those coming off a synthetic GH/IGF-1 cycle. The potency of this peptide should not be underestimated and it comes with an increase in cortisol production as well as prolactin. Nothing close to what might be seen in elevated levels from steroid use, but compared to other GHRP’s it has the strongest affinity to raise cortisol/prolactin.
