Testosterone Propionate is one of the oldest testosterone compounds to ever exist; in-fact,propionate was the first testosterone compound made available on the U.S. market. The only difference in this form is the Propionate ester as it is removed from the hormone faster than the other forms causing the testosterone to become active faster.
